Originally from Delray Beach, Florida, Stephanie graduated from Florida State University in 2004 and then moved to Manhattan to pursue a career in real estate. Stephanie spent the first 10 years of her real estate career specializing in sales and marketing for some of NYC's top developers. She was involved in over $300 million in sales for their newest luxury condominiums and condominium conversions in various locations throughout Manhattan and Brooklyn. After living and working in the city for 10 years, Stephanie moved to Darien with her husband Pete, and two children, Dylan, and Alexandra.
