Stephanie Sparks

Stephanie is a full-time broker and sales associate with a decade of experience. Stephanie and her team would love the opportunity to assist new clients with their real estate needs. Stephanie primarily services Salem County, Gloucester County, and Cumberland County. Her partner, Wendy Sparks, also services Delaware. Stephanie takes pride in her work and truly sees it through.

Outside of real estate, Stephanie is a mother of two. She is a small-town girl with very strong roots in Mannington Township that reach back to the mid 1800's. She is from a family of farmers (dairy, grain, vegetables, steer, and pigs). Stephanie is also a daughter of a Navy veteran. All of that compiled together created a very strong, independent woman, who she is today. Stephanie strives for the best, no-matter the circumstances. She is passionate in making her clients feel more like friends and family and would do the very best as if they truly were.

She loves gardening, spending time at local wineries with good friends and living life to the fullest. Stephanie and her children love spending time at the river/ocean or out on their boat, throwing a few lines in. They live a simple life; but it is their best life!
