Stephanie is the best, hardest working person I know. She doesn't ever just do the minimum on anything. She Always goes above and beyond what's expected of her or even asked of her! She spent hours of her time helping us buy the perfect piece of land! Doesn't matter what time of the day it was or what she had going on, if we ever found something we were interested in, she was immediately on it! She is an amazing realtor. She truly cares about her clients and you know she has your best interests at heart and you're not just an opportunity to make money. She is very responsive. If you are trying to decide who to choose as a realtor in central AR, Stephanie is the one!! Stephanie was our listing agent when we sold our first home and also our agent when we bought our current home! She worked endless hours and walked with us the entire way making the process as easy as possible! Even when things didn’t go exactly how we had planned (the people buying the home we were selling had delays with financing) she communicated with their agent and with us, explained our options thoroughly, and worked to make sure everything that was controllable was done and went above and beyond to help in every way she could. I couldn’t recommend her more, she will be our agent for all our future real estate needs!

Stephanie has made my first time home buying experience such an amazing experience. She was always available if I had questions. When it came time to look at houses she had paperwork printed off on each house a plan of which house to go to in what order so we were not driving back and forth across town. When we found the house we wanted she made herself available so we could bring the kids by to look at it. She helped with suggestion and what to offer and our first offer was accepted. She never gave up for us. She always got answers for us and insured all questions were answered. We closed on the house less than 4 weeks. She put all she has in to this process and you can tell she has a passion for what she does. She wants to find you the right home and in the end if you choose her I am 100 percent sure if you let stephanie be your realtor you will be very pleased and never regret it. She loves what she does and you can tell it by the way she approaches each situation that comes up. I can not say thank you enough for the time and energy she put into my new home. Thanks stephanie for making this new huge step so much easier for me and my family.
