I met Stephanie while doing an investment property search that I initiated on the internet. She was immediately available to me to schedule appointments to see homes, and she researched and provided information along the way that helped me understand advantages as well as pitfalls related to buying for an investment. Once I decided on a property, she got the offer written up and submitted within hours. She followed up with me multiple times/day for the following month until closing, and I felt like I was her only customer (which was not true at all!) Stephanie also followed up with the lender regularly and helped to keep things moving through two holidays, when it would have been easy for a less engaged person to drop the ball. I feel very fortunate to have found Stephanie, and would definitely contact her again for a future purchase.

Her knowledge and expertise in the industry really helped as this was a whole new world for us. Every listing we saw, met our needs and matched what we were looking for in a home. I met Stephanie Stetler by accident - I requested information through the Zillow website and I guess I hit the wrong button. I was looking to rent a home and I accidently requested to list my home. Stephanie called me and asked about my needs - I told her of the mistake and instead of ending the conversation there, she helped me find a home to rent. She provided me with updated listings and walked me through the process - mind you, she was on vacation and still took the time to help me. She responded to my texts and calls. She even went so far as to meet me to pick up and deliver my first month's rent and security deposit as she was traveling through the area on the way back from her days off. She is helpful, professional and dedicated. If you need a real estate professional, get Stephanie, she is the best.

Stephanie is amazing! From the beginning, Stephanie told us what the home buying process entailed, and helped us narrow down what we were looking for. She was in constant communication with us (face to face, email, and by phone), and always made sure we had a home to look at when we were available. She was always available to answer our questions and show us a home the second we were available. She is top notch and I would highly recommend working with her!

I have recently been considering and looking for homes in the Tacoma area. I was looking to move with my children to a family friendly area and Stephanie has been a tremendous help. I didn't even know where to start from because I am from the East side of the mountains. Stephanie is a rock star! I contacted her when I was looking for investment properties. Within no time she had 15-20 places for me to look at, and on 3 separate occasions she spent the better part of a day shepherding me around looking at between 10 and 15 properties. I can't think of a single time when she didn't respond to a text, email, or phone call almost immediately. I felt like I was her only client. Her knowledge and experience with the process of buying made everything painless. She took care of everything from research through closing, without a single hitch. She coordinated with the lender, mortgage broker, insurance agent, and property manager, and kept everything on track through the entire process. Stephanie and I are going to do lots of business over the next few years. I wouldn't work with anyone else.

Stephanie is exceptional.very delightful, professional and thorough. An expert in her profession and of many areas surrounding seattle. Was always on time, quick to respond in correspondence.eager to please, and very patient when necessary. we bought a short sale in the country in issaquah. the home and property were perfect for us. However the situation with previous owners and listing agent, and their bank was VERY challenging. Stephanie didn't bat an eye and guided our purchase through with no stress at all!! You won't be disappointed with Mrs Stetler!!

I'm currently in the process of looking to buy my first condo. I found a listing that I was extremely interested in and knew I had to move on it as fast as I could. I called Stephanie immediately and she was able to show me the condo the very next day! Stephanie has also sent me other listings of condos that I might be interested in based on location, price and size. Being that I will be a first time property buyer, I don't have the expertise or depth of knowledge relating to this process.
