Stephanie Wendt

Raised in Oregon, IL, Stephanie brings a small-town approach, 14 years of real estate experience, and many years of professional customer service experience and wisdom into all of her real estate transactions. Out of high-school, Stephanie had the opportunity to work in a real estate law office, a local bank and title company. Having experienced real estate from all angles of the business, she has a unique knowledge of what it takes to get the job done! She specializes in residential sales and believes in creating trusting relationships by listening to client’s individual needs, and keeping you informed every step of the way.

In her free time, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 children, many four legged family members, volunteering for different organizations and getting outdoors for some wind therapy on the family atvs!
