Stephanie Workman

Stephanie is originally from upstate New York and as an adult traveled much of the US before finding and falling in love with Savannah in early 2008. Real estate has always been a part of her life; her family background includes parents in the appraisal and rental/income property businesses, so from early on she learned how to deal with maintenance and tenant issues. Stephanie has an upbeat personality and a positive outlook on life that enables her to always see the “glass half full”- and she works hard to communicate these values to her clients. She is an expert listener and will always go the extra mile to make clients happy and to ensure that the deal gets done. Stephanie is forward thinking, technology-oriented and uses modern tools such as Skype, video & internet marketing to help her in her business.
In her spare time, Stephanie enjoys hiking and camping with her dog, Marley. She’s an avid kayaker, scuba diver, and has skated women’s roller derby with the Savannah Derby Devils.
