Stephany sold my home and assisted me in purchasing my new home in the middle of all the covid craziness. I could not have asked for a better real estate agent to help me through both of those processes! Stephany is as professional as she is kind and that combo made for an excellent experience!

Stephany is AMAZING. Truly amazing! She’s helped me since 2016 with a few rental properties and buying and selling my first home. She’s got an amazing list of contacts from lawyers, home inspectors, and handymen of all trades to help you in every step. Stephany is very easy to talk to and has great communicating skills to help make your dream purchases come true. She responds very quickly and is super flexible when you need last minute showings. If you need a realtor, you NEED Stephany!!

Stephany is the epitome of professionalism. She was kind and thoughtful as she navigated us through the home buying process. We had our minds set on where we wanted to live, but the housing stock was not meeting our expectations. She gently encouraged us to look in a different location. The first house we saw, was the one!! While we were in the midst of negotiating on our house and getting our condo ready to sell, one of our dogs passed. Stephany gave us the space we needed to get through the heartbreak, and checked in on us periodically to see how we were doing. She went above and beyond our expectation of a realtor.

We were referred to Stephany by our mortgage officer. It was late in the season and we were considering waiting for spring to buy when a house of interest came on the market. When I spoke to Stephany I advised her that if we didn't put an offer on the house we would likely wait for better weather. We didn't make an offer and Stephany was very professional. I apologized for wasting her time and she was incredibly understanding.

The next spring she reached out to see if we were ready and we were! She showed us MANY homes in our desired neighborhood but we couldn't find "the one". Stephany was determined and ultimately suggested that we expand our search to other towns. We scheduled some showings in other areas just as a house listed that we thought might work. The seller had multiple offers and we were unable to see the house before the end of the offer review so we put in an offer sight unseen! Multiple offers fell through on the house and suddenly were under contract! When we finally saw the house, it was more work than we anticipated, but pretty close to what we wanted.

We decided to keep our scheduled showings in another town and the very first house we visited was "the one". Stephany guided us through the cancellation of the first contract, negotiating and winning a contract on our current home, and all the inspections, requests, and financial dealings with poise and urgency. We nicknamed her the "bulldog" for her determination and grit. I have recommended Stephany to many friends and family members and will continue to do so.

I have seen many of Stephany’s post on Instagram talking about her company and the properties she is selling. Stephany is always so professional and she has a calm about her that invites you to watch her videos. If I was planning to buy in her area, she would be the one I would call. I basically trust her! And I can tell she speaks the truth! And I know she will care about me and my needs. She is the best realtor that I have heard. And she pays attention to the details.

Stephany was outstanding. My husband and I found a new build home to purchase that was going to be ready is less than 3 months. We didn’t have a realtor and knew nothing about listing and selling our home. Stephany was recommended to us by our son. She advised and guided us through the process and, although I was nervous and anxious about selling our home, she helped to make the process go smoothly. She also recommended a lawyer that helped us with both closings. Her knowledge and expertise was very professional and exactly what we needed.

I don’t even know if it’s possible to express how grateful we are to Stephany for her help in buying our first home. She is not only so sweet and kind, but one of the hardest workers I have come across. She was so dedicated to our every need until we found the perfect home for us. When we thought we had no chance at the home, she made sure she did all she could to put up the fight for us.
