My husband and I worked with Steve and Alicia at Walgrave and they were phenomenal. Steve did a great job in handling both the sale of our current home as well as the purchase of our new home. His marketing approach to selling our current home worked great as we sold it at the first open house weekend. Steve also sent us many options for our new home and created the best strategy on us getting our new home against multiple offers. On the closing date of our new home we encountered an issue with the furnace and Steve responded quickly to get a service man in the area to get it repaired. Steve also took care of us to make sure it didn't cost us anything. I highly recommend Steve for when you are either selling or buying a home.

Steve is phenomenal. I met with 3 agents before listing my townhome on the marked. I loved the way he presented his marketing strategies and that's what made me choose him, and I'm glad I did. I received a sight unseen offer that I was very happy with. The place was sold for 10% more than one of the other agents I met with thought we could sell it for.

It was very easy to work with Steve and his top-notch team. He works with the best professionals, from stagers and photographers that made the pictures shine, to closing agents that made the process super smooth until the end. Even with my need to close remotely.

Steve was very transparent throughout the whole process. Always sharing his thoughts but making sure I was the one making the decisions.

Unfortunately, I relocated to another state. If I could, I honestly would always work with Steve and his team on my future home purchases and sales.

We REALLY hit the jackpot in getting Steve DeLarosby and his team to handle both the sale of our current home and the purchase of our new home in this Wild West-feeling real estate market. Steve customized his selling method to maximize buyer interest in the house we were selling, specifically targeting serious, pre-qualified buyers. We were frankly overwhelmed by both the number and high quality/dollar amounts of offers he delivered – offers cultivated through his diligence, smart marketing strategies, and the equally expert guidance of Alicia and Aubrey (who also ensured the whole process stayed on track and went smoothly). On the purchase side, we were smart enough to follow the advice Steve gave us when submitting our offer, and we still don’t know how the whole thing went down but we’re convinced that it was his negotiating savvy that landed us the house that we wanted in these unprecedented times. I just can’t emphasize enough what a dream Steve and his team have been to work with, and we owe it to them that now we get to live out some of our dreams.
