About Stephen

Stephen's family moved to Whitman in the early 1970's after spending his first few years in South Boston. He attended the Whitman Hanson Regional School System and graduated in 1985. Stephen attended SMU and Bridgewater State College. During college he obtained his real estate license with the plan of working his way through school. After leaving college in 1989 Stephen decided to continue in the real estate business. He spent my first two years in the real estate business at two Whitman Real Estate offices before joining the newly formed Rosen Realty, Inc. in 1989.

After a few years as a sales associate Stephen was promoted to office manager. He has enjoyed many years of helping his customers to sell or buy a home. Stephen has 20+ years of experience in the sales of single family, multi-family, condominium and land sales. He has an extensive amount of experience in the development, construction and sales of new single family homes and condominiums. The majority of his business has been in the metro-south area of the south shore (Abington, Whitman, Hanson, Rockland, East Bridgewater, Bridgewater, Halifax and Pembroke). Stephen is a resident of the town of Whitman and have been involved in many local town and sports groups.
