Stephen Lee is the Principal Broker for Lee Commercial Real Estate, LLC. He specializes in the sale and lease of commercial properties in East Tennessee with a particular interest in Sevier County ,Knoxville, Morristown, Bristol, Kingsport, and Johnson City. Sevier County, which is a primary Tourist destination for the Southern and Eastern U.S. that attracts eleven to thirteen million visitors annually. His office is located in Dandridge, Tennessee.
Prior to starting Lee Commercial Real Estate, LLC, Lee was a Commercial Real Estate Advisor with Sperry Van Ness/R.M. Moore, LLC. Lee also accumulated over twenty years of commercial real estate lending and analysis experience throughout East Tennessee and Southwest Virginia. Some of the key positions have included, Vice President of Commercial Lending for Regions Bank in Knoxville and working with their Capital Markets Group to identify the customers best financing options. He also held the position of VP and Regional Manager for Wachovia Bank and VP of Business Banking and Professional & Executive Lending for Bank of America in East TN. and Southwest VA. Some of the types of transactions include retail development, restaurants, office buildings, manufacturing, storage facilities and residential and commercial subdivisions.
