Stephen went above and beyond for my family. He is patient, a great negotiator and always looks out for your interests. Our home needed a lot of work before being ready to sell and Stephen took on a lot of additional responsibilities to help us achieve success in our home sale. Ultimately we feel we did well and Stephen's guidance and hard work was a big part of that. I fully recommend Stephen and we would use him again as either a buyer or seller's agent.

It has been an absolute pleasure working with Stephen to help sell our co-op. The process of selling a co-op was trickier than I could have imagined and had its challenges to say the least. Throughout the entire process Steve was always very responsive and proactive in overcoming these obstacles to finally get it sold. From the first phone call prior to even meeting in person, Stephen gave my wife and I the peace of mind that he was just as committed to helping us find a house as we were. After explaining that we were veterans and would be using a VA loan, Stephen explained the entire process and was truthful about the difficult road that laid ahead. He took into account all of the details my wife and I wanted in a home and sent us updated listings daily in hopes of finding something for us. He would even send us listings personally to ask us what we thought. Almost immediately after showing interest in a posting Stephen would have a viewing scheduled for no more than two days later which gave us the opportunity to be competitive with our offers. It only took one month for us to receive our first accepted offer which unfortunately didn’t work out due to inspection issues . Throughout that entire process Stephen fought for what was in our best interest with an unmatched sense of dedication and support. Even after the first home fell through, Stephen reminded my wife and I that our house is out there and it would just take patience and a little bit of time to find it. Just two months later, Stephen helped us get two more accepted offers and one of them was our dream home! From beginning to end my wife and I felt extremely comfortable and confident that Stephen was the best realtor out there. A little over a year ago my husband and I began searching for a home after a move to NY. We found a realtor and searched for months to no avail, with limited contact and felt like our desires weren’t being considered when we were shown homes. Stephen did an amazing job helping my husband and I relocate from NY to CT. Just making the same move himself, he was super knowledegable and was able to relate to our situation and meet our needs when moving to a new state. He took the time to make sure each house he showed us met both my husband's and I very differing criteria's, and was able to put a lot of what was going on into Layman's Terms for us (being first time home buyers, that was certainly key!) Stephen was super responsive and checked in with us regularly. He was on top of everything we needed to get done, which made the process very smooth. Any house we wanted to see was just a matter of calling Stephen and he would quickly schedule the appointments. I cannot speak highly enough about my experience with Stephen. My journey into the prospect of homeownership started back in May 2021. Throughout the next year my requirements and budget changed 3 times due to life events and Stephen was supportive every step of the way.
