In addition, he is a former Certified Real Estate Appraiser (CREA). In the past, Steve has been the top Coldwell Banker Real Estate professional in Minnesota, 13 midwestern states, and in 1998 he was named to the top 10 highest producing real estate professionals within Coldwell Banker for the entire country. Steve has also been named a "Super Agent" for 17 consecutive years by Minneapolis/St. Paul Magazine and Minnesota Business publications.
