Steve has been great from beginning to almost the end. He has been nothing but supportive since we decided to put our house on the market. He gave us great tips on how to stage our home and how to prepare for the home inspection. He has been super patient with us in visiting multiple houses in search of our new home. Even with buying our new home, he keeps us posted with every little detail and explains things to us in laymen's terms so we are not overwhelmed by real estate jargon. Stephen is a true professional. As a fist time home buyer Stephen walked me through the process and made me feel comfortable with my purchase. Any questions that I had he had an answer. I never felt like I was out of the loop in the process and that my voice and opinion was heard - which is extremely important when you are putting down a lump some of money!

The best part about Stephen was his patience and response time. He wasn’t rushing me into a decision and was always reachable. Even two weeks after I purchased the property Stephen continues to reach out to me to make sure everything is ok - you can’t get a better real estate agent than that!

My husband and I were first time home buyers. I was anxious about contacting a Real Estate Agent, there are so many companies and we were new to the area due to my husband being in the ARMY. We have moved all over the place just like many Military families do. Alaska, South Korea, Washington, Florida and South Korea (again) and now our last stop Virginia.

We did not have knowledge of the area let alone the real estate market. Before my husband joined the ARMY, I had worked in a real estate office for 12 years and understand how competitive and eager Real Estate Agents can be. A dear family friend who is a licensed Broker in Southern California referred Mr. Stephen A. Raffaelli, Jr.

From the first moment we spoke on the phone we had a great rapport. Stephen listened and heard what we were looking for. He was extremely knowledgeable of many areas, and homes, but he knew exactly what we were looking for after we discussed our likes, dislikes and wants. Stephen found our forever home on our first day out looking, and it was only the 2nd house we saw.

He was comforting and kept us in the loop once we put the offer in and the countering began. He countered in our best interest, explaining how and what he would counter, but only after he would ask us what we wanted to do, which; was extremely reassuring that we had ourselves an AWESOME Real Estate Agent.

Not only did we have a smooth escrow, due to Stephens updates and explanation of anything that came up, we ended up with a great interest rate due to a special that Stephen informed us about. All we had to do was ask our lender whether we qualified or not.

Stephen’s great personality and real estate knowledge was what made our home buying experience so much more exciting and quite frankly not as stressful as I had anticipated. He also included my children as much as possible which was extremely sweet.

I have recommended Stephen to other Military families and will continue to do so.

I would also like to add that he never made it seem like we were a job or a bother and believe me I know I can be when I am stressed. I can’t say it enough but Stephens personality and knowledge made this an enjoyable process.

Mr. Stephen A. Raffaelli, Jr. should give a seminar to other agents on how to be kind, positive and knowledgeable. His approach to communicating and understanding the needs of his clients and the way he was able to calm my anxiety by explaining in detail what exactly what was going on was just excellent.

He was with them every step of the way, making sure all inspections were completed and all issues were resolved by the seller. I have never used a realtor before but Stephen made the experience seemless and understandable for the lay person such as myself. Steve was simply amazing!! He went above and beyond any real-estate broker I've ever used (I've had 5 others during the past 20 years). He worked extremely hard to obtain everything that we wanted for a house and we got our "dream" house for a very fair price.
