Stephen made the selling of my property a breeze..He was very professional, knowledgeable and polite..He walked me through the process with ease and there wasn't a time where he didn't return phone calls to answer any questions I may of had...VERY Impressive!!!..In the past, I've heard so many horror stories about using realtors which made me skeptical, but Stephen IS the real deal.. Best realtor ever. We needed to sell our house fast and Stephen made it happen. He hosted an open house on Saturday and Sunday but offers started flowing in the day it was listed on the market (which was Thursday). We closed with me being 2 weeks post partum and Stephen made the process extremely easy while providing a mobile notary. I would highly recommend Stephen ☺️

We met Steve through family members that he had assisted. He came glowingly recommended and he didn’t disappoint! We were doing a long distance move from Massachusetts to Virginia and we had some ideas of what we wanted. Steve communicated frequently and sent houses before we ever came to look. He suggested a relocation realtor in our current area that we worked with to sell our home in MA. We came down and Steve showed us many homes and was very transparent about setting market expectations. We were able to make an offer and have it accepted that same weekend! Steve has also worked with us throughout the mortgage process as we were still long distance. He’s always there to answer questions and help out. First off this was the first time I have purchased a home. Let me tell you Stephen Simmons made it such a fun, enjoyable and stress less situation. Any question I had at anytime was answered, and explained to me so I could understand completely. He goes above and beyond the call of duty. At one point he crawled in my attic and also underneath the house to make sure things were up to standard. If you want a realtor who knows what he is doing and is there to make sure you get the best deal possible then Stephen Simmons is your guy.
