STEPHEN IS AMAZING!! He literally made it so that I didn't have to do any work as a home buyer. He connected all the right people for me, attorney (Dawn Pearson), contractor, home inspectors etc, He even went to the property for meetings when I couldn't go.
Amazing service! Highly recommend.

I travel travel work and have to find short term..ideally furnished... leases wherever I go...the place I was in wouldn't extend my lease for another 3 months as they wanted to go to long term leases.... so I was in a position of having to quickly find another place for 3 months...i happened to speak to him calling a place his company was overseeing...that place wasn't doing short term leases but over the next couple weeks he tried to help me find a place even though he wouldn't be making anything from it. Sent me different spaces and airbnb possibilities to check out.... I ended up getting a sublet from a fb market place but it was nice to know I had someone trying to find something with me! Taking time to Help someone out knowing he wouldn't make any money from it says a lot about their character! Thank you so much !!!
