Sterling Townsend

Sterling has worked as a Manager in Clinical Engineering for Bayhealth Medical Center and transitioned to real estate to fulfill a lifelong passion. His management experience has provided him with valuable skills that he uses daily in real estate negotiations, transaction coordination, educating home buyers and sellers, and effectively marketing listings.

He is also a military vet and active in his community located in Coastal Delaware.
