I learned a couple of things during the experience of selling our home with Steve Crowley as our agent. First: I had no idea how hard a realtor works, whereas I myself simply work 8 hours a day and then I'm done. However, I saw Steve working throughout the entire day, including late into the evening and on weekends. He was constantly getting phone calls, making deals working out details and coordinating all kinds of things seamlessly nonstop. Perhaps all realtors work this hard or maybe perhaps it's just Steve Crowley. Nonetheless, I was incredibly impressed with Steve and how he was able to coordinate all the many aspects needed to make the sale of our home a success. Did I mention Steve worked hard! Second: I learned was how incredibly professional Steve is as a realtor; the advice and direction he gave us to prep and stag our home was spot on. His marketing effort was incredible too. By the time he finished his magic with the beautiful photos and various methods of Internet networking, we immediately had dozens and dozens of potential clients coming through the home. In less than a week we had several offers. Steve walked us through the process giving us the perfect advice to strategically counter offer. My wife and I appreciated his integrity and our trust in him paid off. An agreement followed with much excitement (with both parties involved). Afterwards, he walked us through every step in the process to successfully negotiate and follow through with every detail and procedure. In the end, the sale of our home went about this smooth as possible and on schedule. My wife and I were extremely pleased. Steve Crowley is a great guy, super hard worker with lots of integrity.
