Steve Detwiler

Steve came to Lake Placid to work as a Whiteface Mountain ski patrolman in 1970. He and his wife Beverly have been enjoying the Adirondack Mountains ever since. The Lake Placid area has it all for them – year-round cultural and sporting activities together with a strong community spirit. Whether Steve is skiing, biking, hiking, sailing, or playing golf, he can do it all in his own back yard. “A lifestyle of fun, recreation, and community involvement is very important to me and I sense that my customers and clients appreciate the active lifestyle of Lake Placid,” says Steve. “That is why I want to help them live or vacation here.”
