Steve Eveleth has over 20 years of experience in the Real Estate industry, property management, marketing, finance, team leadership, management, and entrepreneurship. He is a top producing agent for the Livermore office of REMAX ACCORD. Steve has an established reputation in the local community and has been consistently successful in the Real Estate industry since his licensure in 2004.
In addition to his work in Real Estate, Steve was a consultant for Inventive Financial Group from 2005 to 2007, where he specialized in real estate equity management, life insurance and investments. He also owned and operated Tara Firma Investment Group LLC from 2010 to 2013, which focused on acquisitions, rehabbing, and resale of properties while maintaining his primary career in residential real estate sales.
Steve was born and raised in Livermore, graduating from Livermore High class of 1988 and attended Las Positas College 1999-2002 studying business, finance, and marketing. Steve has gained much of his experience over the last two decades through hands-on work and establishing relationships, networking, and connections relevant to the industries he specializes in.
Outside of work, Steve enjoys spending time with the community, cooking, hiking, fitness training, world travel and spending time with family. He volunteers for a local organization called “meals on wheels,” which delivers meals for seniors who are housebound. Steve is also a member of Cornerstone Fellowship Church in Livermore.
