Steve Gaconnier

After graduating from University of North Carolina at Wilmington, Steve went back home to New York and started his sales career with Computer Associates: but Carolina kept calling him back. He returned to the area and put his entrepreneurial spirit to work by opening “The Dog House” or as he likes to call it “The Chateau Bow Wow” where he sold specialty hot dogs, anyway you liked them in the heart of downtown Wilmington. After selling the business he became involved in real estate, selling for one of the biggest developers in Brunswick County. He now moves easily between listing and selling property in general brokerage. He thoroughly enjoys the entire process of helping his clients sell their homes and finding his buyers just the right place for them here in the Wilmington tri-county area. He’s found his perfect fit. His hobbies include playing baseball, softball, flag football, golfing, boating and cooking. So you can see Steve has your interests covered in more ways than one.
