This team of married real estate professionals is the WHOLE PACKAGE! Not only did they work with us on what we THOUGHT we wanted, but they listened and made suggestions on homes that they found that might be the right fit for us. Low and behold, after patiently driving all over the peninsula, they brought a new listing to our attention. We knew this was OUR house from the minute we drove into the driveway. After making an offer, we found out we were not alone in loving this house. This buyers market often comes across multiple offers, and of course we were in the middle of one. How could we stand out to the sellers and make this house OURS? Tracy suggested we write a note to the buyers. Not only to let them know how much we loved the house, but to show them how we envisioned ourselves living there for many years down the road. It worked and we got the house! I would say PATIENCE, PERSEVERANCE, and KNOWLEDGE are some of the best adjectives to describe Steve & Tracy. Our new life chapter begins in a few short weeks and we owe it all to Steve & Tracy.
