I was referred to Steve by one of my co-workers who had used his services to sell their home. I was looking to buy an investment property in Naples or Fort Myers and I was told Steve was one of the most knowledgeable people for that kind of thing. I met with him at the office and he walked me through every step. He gives you an outline of what is going to happen, the process, what to expect, and such. He also gave it to me straight, no sugar-coating, and didn't act like there were tons of options that were good for me. He said we might find something, or we might not. We eventually found a great off-market property for me to rent out and it has been a nice return so far. Highly recommend!
