About Steve

The Sonoma Coast has been Steve Hecht’s home for about 20 years. It is a much more relaxed style of living than in the bigger cities, but close enough to them that people have access to all their amenities. It is the perfect place to raise his son and your family.

After earning a BS from UC Irvine and an MBA from Pepperdine, Steve eventually migrated from Southern California to the Bay Area and has over 30 years of sales, marketing, and business development experience. With his diverse background, it is natural for him to think outside of the box, incorporate creative perspectives into real estate transactions and put his negotiation advantages on your side.

As a Sonoma Coast resident since 2002, as well as a former small business owner, Steve understands the challenges and benefits of the coastal area from a business perspective. This experience and knowledge have helped him become one of the top agents on the Sonoma Coast with over $230M in transactions. His clients have consistently rated his services with the highest marks since 2003.

In 2010, Steve earned his real estate broker license and is a member of the North Bay Association of Realtors, the Bay Area Real Estate Information Services Inc., and he finds volunteering with local charities or at events and fundraisers throughout the area.
