Steve exemplifies professionalism in a profession where there are so many barely average realtors. He exceeded all of our expectations. We were moving from out of state and had no idea what each township/area had to offer. Steve asked all the right questions about what we were looking for. He seemed to know which properties we liked before we did. I appreciate doing business with someone so punctual, concise, efficient, and professional. He is our realtor for life!

Me and my husband chose Steve Jamrok to be our realtor in helping us find our 1st home. We finally closed on our home this month and we couldn't be any happier! It was a long journey finding the correct home, and having Steve made it so much easier, we admired his honesty, if he knew a home that we went to see wasn't at it's best he made it known, he isn't just the type to hurry up and try to sell you a home. And we definitely appreciated that. He was always responsive at any time of the day, answered all our questions and I had many! 😁 So, I definitely would recommend Steve for anyone who is wanting to purchase or sell a home. Steve was absolutely wonderful. I reached out to him to find a bank to possibly finance a mortgage. He immediately responded and found a lender that would work with me. Steve was very patient and took time to help find us a home in my limited price range. He always immediately responded to calls, texts, and emails. No question was unimportant to him. He took my calls late and on the weekend. After my first deal fell through due to no fault of my own Steve worked hard to find a perfect fit. He was there from the beginning to the day I closed. I highly recommend Steve for buyers and sellers. He's honest, straight forward, and he cares about his clients.

I can't imagine having another person to help me through buying a home. Steve made himself available to me at all times with any questions and concerns throughout the process, and worked all of our showings around my schedule. He never tried to sell me a house, he tried to guide me to a place I wanted to live. Steve always gave me honest opinions on anything I asked and is all around a really great and knowledgeable guy. I highly recommend Steve Jamrok if you are buying or selling a home, his professionalism and good nature made him a pleasure to work with.
