Steve Jeffers, Elite REO Services’ Associate Broker for the Sacramento Division, has been a real estate professional for over 15 years. He primarily focuses on residential real estate including land, single family residences, condominiums, and multi-family units. Steve’s professionalism, determination, and ability to handle high-pressure situations make him a great asset to the Elite team.
Steve started his career at a large brokerage office and provided his clients with full service listings, purchases, and 1031 exchanges. His strong work ethics lead him to be continuously recognized as a Top Producer. Steve then founded JSL Services Inc. where he oversaw the marketing and selling of residential real estate, commercial properties, foreclosures, and short sales. As President of JSL, Steve handled all day-to-day operations, managed HR and personnel staff, and trained team members to successfully manage REOs and short sales. Utilizing his experiences, Steve became a Regional Asset Manager for a large nationwide bank and was tasked to manage hundreds of REO properties in 5 surrounding counties. He reported directly to Executive Management, including the CEO and CFO, and was instrumental in establishing internal management and marketing protocols for agents and administrative staff companywide.
