Hi, I’m Steve Kehoe. I live in West Town with my wife Allison, our daughter Della, and our dog Remy, and I lead a real estate team here in Chicago out of our Lincoln Park office. Originally from Cincinnati, I’ve been fortunate to live around the world, but Chicago is where I’ve truly put down roots. Over the years, I’ve called Lakeview, Old Town, Fulton Market, and River West home, giving me firsthand perspective on the character and energy of Chicago's neighborhoods.
My passion for real estate is driven by helping people start new chapters in life. Whether you’re a first-time buyer, upgrading to your dream home, downsizing, relocating, or investing, my approach is always people-first. Clients know me not just for real estate advice but also for connecting them with trusted resources—whether that’s a contractor, accountant, or just the perfect neighborhood restaurant.
With a background in finance, real estate, and risk management, I bring a strong analytical lens to every transaction. I specialize in single family homes, condos, townhomes, and multifamily buildings ranging from 2-30+ apartments.
Before real estate, I played professional volleyball in Europe for five years after leading Ohio State to its first national championship—a journey that taught me teamwork, discipline, and how to perform under pressure. Eventually, I traded the volleyball court for Chicago real estate so I could build a business, start a family, and create a life here.
Outside of work, I love travel, golfing, exploring the city on long bike rides, and I never pass up a chance to try a new restaurant.
If you’re looking for a realtor who’s as invested in people as he is in properties, I'd love to help.
