Steve joined the Kim Alden Team as Team Manager to help build not just strong production, but strong people. Known for his calm approach, clarity, and systems-driven mindset, Steve works behind the scenes and alongside agents to create structure, momentum, and longterm success — turning goals into executable plans.
Along the way, shaped by exceptional mentors and years in the field, Steve discovered that real estate is about far more than transactions. Today, he approaches every challenge as a strategist and trusted adviser, helping both clients and agents think beyond today’s deal toward sustainable progress.

Outside of work, Steve is a devoted husband to his wife Erika and a proud dad to Taylor and Graysen — often found on the sidelines of a soccer field. He’s also a self-proclaimed foodie and craft beer enthusiast who appreciates great experiences, whether in business or in life.
