Steve Lappin

Steve has a wide range of abilities, he is a Vietnam Veteran, and owned a service company in New York city for 26 years helping customers solve problems with their furniture. They relocated to Charlotte 20 years ago not knowing anyone, but loved what they found in this area's wonderful hospitality, and therefore he understand the relocation process. He knows what it is like to come to an area and not know anyone, and of course where are the good places to eat. Steve has been in real estate since coming to Charlotte.

He has achieved many awards and has been honored with being a part of the Leading Edge Society (top 4 % sales in the nation) 3 years in a row. In 2003 , Steve was honored with one of the highest awards given for Top Producer. He has achieved "The Presidents Circle", which means he was in the top 3 % of sales in the nation and produced over 7 million in sales. In 2004 , Steve was Number One in Sales at the greatly desired Crescent communities, and have achieved The Chairman's Circle, which means he was in the top 2 % sales in the nation and produced over 15 million in sales. Steve switched to Keller Williams Realty and in 2005 was the best year he had since being in real estate.

Steve was in the Top Ten in sales again for Crescent Resources communities for lake communities in the Charlotte metro area. 2006 was a wonderful year. Steve was very involved with the "Agent Leadership Counsel" at Keller Williams. There have been many bumps in the road along the way and coming out on top Steve has always remained committed to putting his clients first. Now having Steve has his own company "The Charlotte By The Lake Realtors" he is working with Galaxy One Realty as a property manager, which gives Steve the flexibility to meet all his client's needs.
