Moving back to SoFlo and finding a place was a daunting task at first. No responses, flaky and questionable responses, bait and switch, or just pompous agents that had no time or care for my needs.... until Nicole & Steve came along. Steve responded to an online inquiry almost immediately over the Thanksgiving weekend and outlined his process and introduced Nicole. Together they listened to my needs and got some listings for me to view and helped align reality of the market and my expectations. They are both super friendly and patient with no pressure ensuring my needs were met. They were communicative and detail oriented answering any questions I had along the way when reviewing documents. By happen chance, I first came in contact with Steven Levin and his team while attempting to sell my house on my own (no he did not try and solicit me). Steven informed me about all the things he would change aesthetically (minor things that made a major difference) and how he would uniquely market the residence (Zillow showcase, Forbes, etc.). In a week’s time, he and his team did manual labor (even he was painting) at the residence, staged it, and had amazing photos taken by a professional.

Once we went live, we had nonstop showings in the first week, with potential buyers doing a second and third showing. We are getting ready to close as went under contract at full asking price in the first week while I couldn’t even get an offer in the 2 months I listed it solo. You’d be hard pressed to find a realtor that has the same work ethic and beneficial relationships with companies and individuals. I'm beyond impressed.

It all started with Tim who graciously showed us a half dozen condos, no pressure. More about learning what we wanted: Western exposure (love the sunsets and action on the Intracoastal), high floor so we can see everything, 24 hour security, health club and pool. Tim found it at Vantage View. That’s when Steve Levin came in. The guy you want in the foxhole next to you. He left no doubt he was on our side, negotiating the best price possible and introducing us to the top professionals: insurance, inspection etc. Great experience. So good I introduced my sister in law to him for her buy. I have no hesitation recommending these pros.

I had the absolute joy of working with Steve, Nicole, and their team. If I could give them more than 5 stars, it wouldn't even be a question. I recall when I first spoke to Steve, he said something along the lines of "~ by the time we go through this home buying process, I'll make sure you're like a wise Jedi".

As new home buyers, the process could be intimidating, or so I thought. Steve, Nicole and their team were able to easily dispell that fear by being attentive, walking me through the process to the point where I feel like I understood what I was getting into down to the small details. If I felt uncertain about something, they would notice and really take a step back to thoroughly explain before I even knew how to ask the question!

Lastly, I would like to mention that this team above everything are genuinely good people who will look out for you. If you meet them half way they will make sure you get a home that you can be proud of!

The best part about Steve, is even after the sale, he is there for you, no matter what. My brother and I where the personal representatives of my brother's estate. We interviewed several Realtors and they all had the same story, how we needed their help, except Steve. Within an hour of signing the listing agreement people arrived and the preparation began. Phone calls on Sunday night a 9:00 with the dumpster guy, amazing. Steve did exactly what he said he would do, cleaned the stuff out, cleaned the place, painted, advertised, professional photos, and an acceptable offer in less than 5 weeks during the Christmas holiday season. This year, our rent hiked by 400 dollars. We knew we couldn't keep living here if we rented. I didn't want to leave Florida on account of my career, but it was on the table as a last resort.

We tried several realtors including a HUD and got next to nowhere. Saw some places but, no hooks. One tried to get us to go forward with a bad deal, even.

Steve and Nicole were 100% honest and transparent, and prioritized our finances, not theirs. Thanks to them we are escaping renting by the end of this month. It would not have been possible without them. We make good money together but this market is not kind to the average person. They had our backs the whole way through and set up bulletproof contracts to keep our interests (and bank accounts) protected.

If anyone can help you find a home, it's Steve Levin. Definitely call him before rent gets worse!

My family and I were thrilled to work with Steve and Nicole from the Keyes Company. Our situation was complex for a variety of reasons, namely that the previous homeowner (our grandmother) passed away, the owner who inherited the property (our mom) was in the hospital, and my siblings and I are were in three different states and multiple time zones. Because our grandmother built her house in 1970 and never did any updates, the house didn't *look* very attractive.

My siblings and I were in Florida for just a couple of days to clean up the house and to get it on the market, but in those few days, we met and spoke to Steve and Nicole daily. Their communication was truly outstanding and they worked us through EVERY possible contingency and helped us to navigate some tricky legal hurdles.

I am not exaggerating when I say that the house was listed and a buyer identified in less than an hour at the price that my family and I initially felt was reasonable. Steve used his connections to identify a buyer, who was also incredibly easy to work with.

Buying a house *can* be a huge hassle, but Steve and Nicole made everything feel easy. We are incredibly grateful to them for their professionalism, responsiveness, and sensitivity.
