I recently had Steve's help in selling a condo, and have nothing but great things to say about the experience. Steve worked his tail off to get plenty of foot traffic to the place, was diligent in making sure that we were up to date with where things were, and generally helping me navigate selling a place in a very difficult housing market. I highly recommend using him if you have a place to sell.
