About Steve

At age sixteen, Steve could not have imagined where his life would take him; he had just graduated high school in Tehran and was in pursuit of a higher education at a more credible institution, preparing to travel across the globe to attend Lamar University in Beaumont, Texas. When he graduated with his master's degree in 1984, the economy was not in the best shape. He was a mechanical engineer in a city with seven refineries, hoping to land a job while seasoned engineers were getting laid off. He needed to head in a new direction, so he decided to become an entrepreneur, began importing blank VHS tapes from Hong Kong and selling them door-to-door at local video stores. Nobody had heard of him, but he worked hard to fight the big-name brands and carve a place for himself in the market. That initial effort paid off, as his self-made experience in sales and marketing allowed him to continue his professional growth in several different jobs. Eventually, his path led him to California, where he earned a position with Inacom Information Systems, a Fortune 500 company in Silicon Valley. This company was a technology aggregator, and he was a business development consultant, helping companies lower their cost of ownership in technology, standardize their computer systems, and provide ongoing support for them. With lots of challenging work and tenacity, he found himself landing contracts as big as $66 million—quite different from selling VHS tapes door-to-door! Those were some exciting years, but the business was unpredictable. By 1998, his company decided to acquire its biggest competitor that was already servicing most of his target business accounts. He found his role diminishing and realized that another change was on the horizon. It was more than ten years prior that he had purchased his first piece of property: a 674 ft2 one-bedroom condominium in Sunnyvale. As an engineer, he was analytical about the benefits of homeownership, and as an entrepreneur, he was committed to create wealth through real estate. In 1997, his wife Mersedeh and he moved to Pleasanton and bought their home, in a family-oriented community where they still reside with their two children. Since he had acquired detailed knowledge around real estate and mortgages, he always enjoyed helping friends and family with the process of buying a home. As his position at Inacom Information Systems continued to fade away, he found his new passion around real estate and a career as a Realtor® in late 1998. In the years since, he has worked to embody professional excellence with the utmost integrity, assisting each one of his clients in pursuit of home ownership.

I worked with Steve a few months ago on very complicated and creative real estate deal. Steve was very meticulous, patient and knowledgeable. The deal probably wouldn't have worked out without him. I couldn't recommend Steve enough. Will be using him for more deals in the future! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

We have had Steve’s help in many previous real estate transactions. His extensive knowledge of the market and his professional services have always impressed us.

Recently, he has led us through a complex sale of our condominium in Livermore on August 2022. This sale occurred in the difficult period of housing market downturn dues to rising interest rate and the prospect of a recession. We had an offer that went through several rounds of offers and counteroffers. Steve helped us navigate through these processes to a successful sale of a final good price.
