About Steve

Born and raised in Tenino, WA, Steve knows he’s lucky to call the Pacific Northwest his home. With nearly three decades of experience in the construction and real estate industries, he is sure to help you find, or build, the home of your dreams.

Before becoming a realtor, Steve ran a construction company that did projects throughout the I-5 corridor in Washington. After spending 14 years in the construction industry, he decided he wanted a more hands on approach with the homebuyers and sellers. He was offered an opportunity to work for a builder in the area and earned his spot as the main realtor.

Steve most enjoys the development and building process and helping home buyers build their dream home. His main goal as a realtor is to build high quality homes and develop well laid out and beautiful neighborhoods to improve the community. As a developer, he is the opposite of “cookie cutter,” building homes with the best products and on large lots.

Steve is a country boy with country roots. He enjoys being active outdoors hunting, fishing, riding quads. But most of all he loves spending time and vacationing with his wife, 5 kids, and lab.
