Steve Rogers has been a licensed Realtor for a combined 6 years since 2007. He has extensive experience with bank foreclosure sales and investment firms. With an established background in REO transactions, the experience has led to the development of certain niche skills to evolve. One of these skills is valuating property worth and expense to repair. With having over 300 Brokers Price Opinions processed each year, accurately estimating home values is almost second nature. This is a very desirable skill to utilize as it will give convenience and knowledge to any potential transaction that his clients may consider.
Steve is also avid about continuing education and will usually go over the required coursework laid out by the Maryland Real Estate Commission in addition to obtaining designators that are nationally recognized.
The Certified Military Residential Specialist (CMRS) is one such designation. This designation indicates that Steve fulfilled the coursework that would enable him to work with Military buyers and sellers in a manner fitting the service standards that our Service Members should expect and deserve from the private sector.
Steve has also obtained the Owner America Investment Certified Professional designator which means that he is able to understand the inner workings of an investment property purchase and navigate the calculations and profit potential that savvy investors look for before pulling the trigger on a deal.
As of 2017, Steve is working toward obtaining his Associate Broker's license which involves much more in-depth classroom time and deeper knowledge of the real estate industry and its corresponding laws and team leadership and supervision requirements.
