Steve began his career in sales after graduating from Western Oregon University. His entry into real estate was inspired by his wife, Evelyn, who entered the industry in 1997. Steve immediately set national sales records working for home builder DR Horton. He has since continued to achieve great success for his clients drawing upon his eye for value and passion for helping buyers realize their dream of home ownership. And when the time comes to sell that home you’ve cherished for years, he will put his marketing and negotiating savvy to work for you to achieve the highest price possible.

In 2004, Steve and Evelyn combined expertise and opened their own brokerage firm, Park Place Real Estate, to better serve their clients. Their joint philosophy continues to focus on optimal service for every individual or family purchasing or selling a home in the Portland or southwest Washington areas. Steve is recognized as one of the top new construction and land development specialists in Portland, further fueling his well-rounded knowledge of all aspects of the market.
In 2018, Steve and Evelyn merged their firm with Cascade Sotheby’s International Realty to better serve their clients by offering an unparalleled level of marketing services and a global network of affiliates committed to promoting their listings world-wide.
