Steve was an incredible asset to us when we began to search for a cabin in the Blue Ridge area. He identified several properties and was very instrumental in evaluating them for rental potential. The fact that he has been in the area for several years and has been an active owner of rental properties allowed us to use his resources and recommendations. Our deal closed on time and smoothly when we purchased.

Sadly, we needed to sell our place after less than 2 years due to some unforeseen circumstances. Steve was there again to list our property. He identified several buyers and was able to arrange a sale that closed less than 45 days from signing at significantly over listed price. We can't say enough about Steve's professionalism and being on top of the many small details involved in a real estate transaction. 5 STARS are enough.

In the mountains on vacation and came home with a cabin! STEVE was great! Not the least bit pushy. He spent several days picking out cabins he thought we would like and showed us others we had picked out too. He offered his input,if we asked, as he was very knowledgeable about the areas we were looking at. Very personable, honest and likable. 5 Star ++ Service. Steve did an outstanding job during the recent purchase of our home. (He was actually the Sellers Realtor but did not hesitate to assist us with all the questions we had regarding the process!) Close to our closing date we had a miscommunication with OUR Lender and Steve was quick to jump in and get things headed back in the right direction!

Steve has been great helping us find our dream property to build our dream home for retirement. He has gone well beyond any of the other realtors I've tried in the past providing us the tools to make sure we are not wasting our time looking at lots that are not what we are looking for.

Especially when it comes to just buying/selling land realtors don't make as much of a commission. Went through several realtors that once you wanted to look at land that they were not the prime realtor and would have to split profits they would just stopped replying to us. Very unprofessional industry except for Steve not being like that. Trust me when I say when you deal with Steve he'll make you not want to go to another realtor agent!

Steve Tucker did an excellent job in working with us to find our new home. We had kept in touch with Steve since meeting him several years ago on a trip to Blue Ridge. when we were ready to move he had a good idea of our price range and what we were looking for. Steve took us to quite a few homes in Fannin county and the surrounding areas till we finally found a cabin we loved. Steve is very informative and knowledgeable about all the areas we went into. It was a very smooth and enjoyable process from start to finish and he was always available for follow up or any questions we had. We would highly recommend him to anyone contemplating a move. It was a pleasure working with him!
