Stephen Viggiano brings more than 25 years of real estate experience to his work as a Real Estate Advisor with William Pitt/Julia B. Fee Sotheby’s International Realty. His background spans residential and commercial sales, leasing, investment properties, new construction, renovation, development, and property management—giving him a perspective that extends well beyond the transaction itself.
A licensed attorney, Stephen also holds a Master of Science in Historic Preservation and Real Estate Development. His legal, business, and real estate experience provides a strong foundation in contracts, negotiation, financial analysis, and land use, while his hands-on involvement in renovation and development allows him to recognize both the immediate value and longer-term potential of a property.
Before focusing fully on real estate, Stephen spent two decades as a business owner and President and CEO of moving and storage franchises, further developing the entrepreneurial, sales, marketing, financial, and negotiating skills he brings to his clients today.
Stephen has a particular appreciation for architecture, historic properties, and distinctive communities. Whether advising a seller, helping a buyer evaluate a home, or identifying an investment opportunity, he believes in thoughtful analysis, straightforward communication, and advice tailored to each client’s goals.
Licensed in New York and Connecticut, Stephen brings longstanding ties to the markets he serves. He has been a longtime resident of Ridgefield, Connecticut, and Southampton, New York, with longstanding personal and family connections throughout Westchester County.
Stephen and his family have deep roots in the communities they call home. For him, real estate is more than a profession—it reflects a lifelong interest in property, architecture, land use, and the opportunities they create.
