My husband and I met Eric Brown at a showing of a house. We were impressed with his knowledge of the home and felt very comfortable with him from the start. At the time our home was not listed. When we decided to list, we called Eric. He came to our home with a comprehensive market analysis that enabled us to price our home appropriately. He ended up selling our home in just three days for the full asking price due to the extensive marketing plan he put in place! Then we had to find a new home. Eric sent us a link with homes on the market in the area and price range we specified. Since it was close to the holidays and wintertime, the inventory was quite low. Eric offered to go and knock on doors of homes that were not listed that we had an interest in. When that didn't work he ended up having a conversation with a couple at an open house.
