You cant trade experience and knowledge for anything!
For a picky couple moving 10 hours from home Steve was very patient, accommodating, responsive and professional. His relentless search for the perfect home resulted in us purchasing a property we previously only dreamed of. In addition it felt like he was our ambassador to Northern Georgia and has become a good friend. I truly don't know why you would use anyone else.

My wife and I decided to sell a rental home. This was the first time we had ever sold a property. We decided to use a local agent and met Steven. He went over the process with us and made sure we understood it. During the whole process Steven was very helpful, diligent, respectful, and friendly. He was there for us whenever we had questions and he always had the answers. When he told me what we could list and sell the house for I thought there is no way we will get that. So we ended up taking his advise and listed it for top dollar. The same day we were getting offers, 24 hours later we got an offer that we liked and accepted it. I couldn't believe how fast the house was sold. He made our selling experience very easy and he always kept us informed on everything. I highly recommend anyone using him for an agent. Steve was a godsend in our home search and subsequent purchase. He was knowledgable and always recommended homes that matched our search after taking the time to fully understand our needs. During our search we ran into every speed bump imaginable including a less than competent lender I initially chose to use which caused us to ultimately lose our first choice. My wife and I finally decided to sell our home and purchase a new one. We wanted to use a local agent, so we got in touch with Steve Adams to let him know what we were wanting to do. He listed our home and unexpectedly it went under contract in less than 24 hours. We were under the gun and needed to find something pretty quick. No matter when I called Steve about something he was very reachable or got back with us ASAP. He was very professional and pretty much bent over backwards to help us in any way that he could. We finally found a home that my wife and I agreed on and put in an offer 2 weeks after our home went under contract. Amazingly, Steve was able to get things going very quick and allowed us to close on both homes on the same day.
