If you’re buying on the waterfront, have Steven represent you.

I cannot emphasize enough the confidence that Steven creates with this very unique and complicated real estate experience from selection to close and even into ownership itself.

Steven is great at building rapport and understanding client needs quickly; he assimilated our expectations and tailored his tried-and-true procedures for our personalities and temperament. We did not consider a lot of inventory, but Steven’s knowledge of the property, neighborhood, waterway, and regulatory circumstances that influenced our decision-making were superlative. His knowledge and ability to our answer our many questions was borderline encyclopedic, but he was humble enough to indicate when he would need to gather more information and was always prompt and thorough in responding those rare cases. During contract negotiations, Steven really engaged with us about our perspective on the value of the home, listening, challenging, and coaching until we were all aligned on a shared vision of what was appropriate to spend and how we would get there. His communication, encouragement, and poise during that process were spectacular. And with a ratified contract about which we were already pleased, he continued to shine by assuming the mantle of communicating with our lender, arranging inspections, and taking responsibility for the timeline of various contingencies, but also respecting that this was our contract and that we needed to feel comfortable with each clause and its given resolution. We are now happy home owners and continue to feel shepherded by Steven’s assistance with service providers and recommendations.

Steven is a waterfront property genius and a top-notch buyer's agent. He's technical, friendly, honest, professional and hard-working. Best of all, Steven is superlatively knowledgeable about the considerations that arise when looking at waterfront property: comparable properties, docks, MLW depths, riparian access, local codes, state regulations. Steven knew every waterfront property in Anne Arundel; I never stumped him with a property he hadn't already seen or shown, and he repeatedly found me houses I had missed -- including the one I bought. He was honest and fair throughout closing and remained helpful post-sale. He's got great connections with other realtors and contractors; everyone seems to like working with him. Can't recommend him highly enough!

Steven helped my wife and I secure our beautiful home in Annapolis in August 2018. He was always responsive, he didn't hesitate to show us the negatives of the homes we were interested in, and worked hard to get our offer accepted despite a competing bid for the same amount.

We had worked with different real estate agents previously, but what separated Steven from them was his intimate knowledge of Annapolis area real estate. He also connected us with home inspectors who were professional and helpful. After living in the home for more than 4 months, we haven't encountered any surprises. We're very happy with our experience working with him.

I would recommend him to anyone in the Annapolis area looking for a new home.

Worked with Steven in the spring of 2018 to find a property after a frustrating several months of trying to do so earlier elsewhere. Unfortunately spring required a lot of travel for me- the worst time to have been looking for a property. Of course he finds a few and one I ultimately purchased. He was extremely helpful, arranged everything needed, reminded me what and when things needed to be done much of which while I was away. The individuals and companies he recommended working with were all top notch. The attention to detail was evident throughout the process. He has my recommendation and any future business.
