Steven Bahr

Steve has been in Residential Real Estate since 1991, obtained his Broker’s License in 1994 and received numerous production awards from RE/MAX and the Southeast Valley Association of Realtors. He was inducted into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame in 2003 His has developed strong sales and marketing experience during this career. He and his wife Julie, also a licensed Realtor has been investing in Commercial Real Estate since 2003.
Steve was also a business professional with 14 years of management experience in four star hotels and resorts throughout the United States. He is accustomed to providing high quality customer service and has strong skills in personnel development, training and motivation. He is profit oriented, with effective budgeting, forecasting and expense discipline, producing strong bottom-line results. .
Steve was born and raised in Seattle, Washington. He graduated from Washington State University with a BS degree in Hotel Administration. Steve and his wife have been ongoing contributors to the Children’s Miracle Network and Phoenix Children’s Hospital. They have also sponsored and contributed to a number of community groups in Tempe and Chandler.
