A little bit about Steve Beltramea:
I was born and raised in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. I am a proud graduate of Kennedy Senior High School, go Cougars. I am also a former member of St. Pius X Catholic Church. After high school, I attended Iowa State University, where I received a B.B.A. in in finance and from there moved to Davenport, Iowa where I earned my M.B.A. from St. Ambrose University.
My wife Cora and I have been living in Fairfield, Iowa for the past 18 years, where we have been raising two daughters, Isabella, Gabriella, and our son, Stevie. Our family likes to do many outdoor activities, such as gardening, camping, fishing, hunting, and kayaking.
I spent 16 years assisting Fairfield resident and new clients moving to Fairfield to save money , as a mortgage Loan Officer, when they purchased or refinanced their homes. By changing chairs at the closing table, I now play a larger role in helping you with your buying or selling decisions.
