Steven Courtney

Steven has over 20 years of business experience. For ten of those years, he worked his family’s commercial poultry farms in the Shenandoah Valley. Shortly after graduating from Bridgewater College with a bachelor of science degree, Steven's passion for business led him to start his own. In 2011, he founded Riders in Motion, a motorcycle safety training school in Broadway, Virginia and has owned and operated it ever since. Farming instilled in Steven a relentless perseverance and the significance of hard work. Owning his own business has taught him many lessons but perhaps the most important is the value of community and building lasting relationships.
