Steven Frei

Steven Frei specializes in industrial and investment properties. Steven earned his B.A. in accounting from Boise State University and is an Idaho real estate licensee. He has over 20 years experience in business ownership and management, with 13 years experience managing, purchasing, and selling commercial real estate.

Before joining NAI, Steven worked as a Certified Public Accountant and Director of Commercial Properties for DBSI group of companies, a real estate investment firm in Boise Idaho with extensive holdings in low income housing projects, conventional apartments, retail shopping centers, office buildings, and industrial parks. As Director of Commercial Properties, Steven supervised a property management team, negotiated leases with small, regional, and national tenants, analyzed potential property acquisitions and dispositions, and coordinated a team of architects, engineers, attorneys, builders, and real estate agents in the planning, development, construction, and management of retail shopping centers. During this time, Steven was an active member of BOMA.

Steven has also owned and operated two of his own businesses. His unique experience as tenant, landlord, and leasing agent provides him with invaluable insight and expertise in commercial lease negotiations. He joined NAI Commerce One 6 years ago and has become a top producer in the Eastern Idaho market. He is one of the most knowledgeable and experienced industrial and investment brokers in Idaho.

Steven has served as a sight and hearing chairman for the Idaho Falls Russett Lion's Club and is a current member of the Idaho Falls Rotary Club. He enjoys spending time with his family and participating in their sporting events.
