Steven Gallagher

A native of San Francisco, Steve was raised in Mill Valley and attended the University of California at Davis. Since college, he has been living in the City and selling real estate in San Francisco since 1995. He began his career at Zephyr Real Estate and moved to TRI Coldwell Banker in 2004 and finally to Coldwell Banker on Market Street at the beginning of 2012. He has been on the Top Producers list at all three offices. He works with buyers and sellers throughout San Francisco, emphasizing residential real estate. His focus is on client care, assuring the client is always put first and successful in their real estate endeavors. In working with sellers, he believes in presenting each listing in the best possible light and working closely with the owner to maximize its appearance. His marketing plan will ensure the highest exposure potential. Upfront disclosures are critical to minimize surprises during the escrow. Personal involvement in showing the home is vital and allows him to give the Seller an informed decision about which offer would be the most successful.
Taking care of his clients from start to finish is his most important responsibility, making the process of selling your home the smoothest, most profitable, and most minor stressful transaction possible. He also loves working with Buyers to help them find the right home. He scours the market for properties that fit his client’s needs and then advises them on the best strategy to succeed and still have good value and an excellent long-term investment. He is a member of the Top Agent Network, which allows him to provide a leg up for his Buyers and Sellers, so they succeed in the challenging San Francisco real estate market. Membership is limited to 15% of the agents in the City. He knows the City’s climates, neighborhoods, and oddities intimately. He aims to give his clients the best industry service and earn their trust, loyalty, and referrals. He wants his clients to love where they live and to know that he is here to support them now and in the future. In his spare time, Steve has been a proud member of the San Francisco Gay Men’s Chorus since 1993. The mission of SFGMC is to inspire community, activism, and compassion through music. He was fortunate to be the President of the Chorus for four years, from 2011-2015, using his expertise to ensure that the Chorus ran smoothly and provided outstanding experiences for the singing members and the audience.
