It was great working with Stacy! We crossed paths after I randomly popped into an open house and clicked right away. He was very patient and helpful with me as I looked at MANY houses before finally finding one within my budget and felt good. He went above and beyond and was patient with me during the process and aside from that he's just a really good man! Would highly recommend Stacy from Steve Gilberts team to anyone in the Nashville area. Also Flor from the office was very patient with me with all my questions and made all the paperwork end of things for the closing process so smooth . As a first time home buyer this was a great experience !

Professional, clear, responsive, and willing.

Flor contacted me around 4 PM and was willing to go view houses with me at 8:30PM. The very next day we had a very brief meeting with the whole real estate team to discuss my particulars. They understood what I wanted in a home and helped, not pushed their opinions on what would and wouldn't work for this market. Less than 18 hours later I have a contract on a home with what I was looking for.

Preston was wonderful to work with. We had a lot of houses we wanted to look at. He scheduled the showings quickly and was great with doing them through FaceTime since we were in another state. A month ago I called to inquire about rental property as my family was relocating to Tennessee from North Carolina. Spoke to Steven Gilbert who encouraged and inspired my husband and I to purchase a home. Steven put together a great team that helped us on our journey to being homeowners. Mrs. Venus Owens is wonderful. Very patient as we went on our journey to home viewing. She was very knowledgeable of the homes and the purchase process. She was not only professional but personal and we developed a great relationship. As I asked questions on tips of what to look for in buying a home to what entertainment was around the areas; if she didn't know the answer she contacted someone that would get it. Aaron Brown with Silverton Mortgage was phenomenal. He got us all the "Yes" answers we needed. Knowledgeable of the process and the information that was required of us to get approved. Available to use wheather we called text or emailed. His assistance Zachery Henery was also there to answer any questions we asked. Stacy Morrison was a great coordinator. Checked on the progress and kept us updated every step off the way. We are really pleased and appreciate all Mr. Steven and his team have done to get us into our dream home.
