Keller Williams truly knows how to pick them.. Steven provided exactly what was promised and exceeded my expectations. We received contact from several real estate agents asking for our business, but from the start Steven caught our attention. He sold himself as well as he sold our home. We went through the process of preparation to sell and listing in very turbulent times due to the onset of COVID-19. Steven was willing to change direction in our plan to ensure we sold in the wisest and most cost effective manner. Steven was an expert in his advice and assistance all through the process. Not only is he your agent, he is your general contractor. His property development skills were top! This knowledge, and contacts were pivotal to getting the house ready and finishing touches through closing. When we finally finished staging and put the house on the market, it had two offers above our asking price within two days! Steven and his staff then helped us get through the rest of the process to closing through tireless effort. Steve is like a personal assistant in the home selling process. We shall always be grateful to him and his staff for a job well done. I would certainly seek out Steven if I ever plan another real estate deal and will give him the highest recommendation to anyone seeking an agent (friend.)

Steve was as disappointed as we were when the house we loved was under deposit before we had even left the showing. Steve went above and beyond, reached out to seller’s realtor to keep us in mind. A few weeks and a handful of house showings later, Steve called us to let us know that our original house choice was back on the market. Steve made time in his schedule that very day to get us back in for a peek and made it possible to electronically sign the necessary documents at home via the kitchen table as not to let this opportunity pass us by! He was attentive, responsive and knowledgeable. Since our purchase, Steve has reached out from time to time to check in.
