Always the entrepreneurial type, Steven started an industrial electronics company in his garage in 1988 and quickly grew it to seventy employees in 40,000 sq. ft. earning a spot on the Inc. 500 list for the fastest growing privately held companies in 1996. A New Hampshire native, Steven was able to hold a spot on the State’s top one hundred company list for over ten years.

Steven, always having an eye on Real Estate also ran a remodeling and construction company and built or remodeled several homes and developed a small subdivision in the Lakes Region of New Hampshire. Steven also held a realtor’s license in New Hampshire.

In 2009 with the economy slowing and Cape Coral loaded with opportunity, Steven decided to make a big life change and move to Cape Coral. With land prices at a near 20-year low, Steven Immediately obtained his real estate license and focused on gulf access land and new construction. In his first year as a licensed Realtor, Steven was able to sell five new construction homes and had $3,000,000.00 in sales and had over $8,000,000.00 in the following year.

While searching for lots to build homes on, Steven recognized right away that most realtors in Cape Coral just don not know “How Far to the Gulf” each available property is and each Realtor has a different idea of where the gulf actually is. Surprised that accurate data was not available, Steven saw an opportunity to be the source of accurate Cape Coral boating information and spent the summer and fall of 2011 mapping every Gulf Access property in Cape Coral.
