Steven Mitchem

A native of Harrisburg, North Carolina, I have strong ties to the Carolinas. I proudly graduated from Central Cabarrus High School and later married a local Charlotte resident. Together, my wife and I have been active members of the Charlotte and Cabarrus County communities for over three decades.

My educational journey includes earning a bachelor's degree from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a master's degree from East Carolina University. Our son is currently pursuing his engineering studies at UNCC.

Beyond my professional life, I have a passion for classic cars and motorcycles. At home, we share our space with a pampered dog, a mischievous cat, and a charming blue parrot.
