Communication is clear and often. Suggestions and advice are spot on! Anytime my wife and I had questions he would spend as much time with us as needed to help us understand.

I consider myself fortunate for Steve to have been selected as my realtor through my lender’s agent referral program for a recent home purchase. I am definitely not a novice buyer (or seller) but each property and transaction is unique and throws new wrinkles. I was impressed with Steve’s knowledge of properties and the area, articulate communication style, efficiency, and willingness to always assist and follow-up. He always had an answer to my questions and made the home buying process very smooth. I would highly recommend Steve as a realtor to anyone - whether this is their first time or tenth.

Steve was wonderful to work with. Very knowledgeable about the area and things to look for when buying a home. He was incredibly patient with us being first time home buyers and always met us to look at houses and helped us tour through each one to point out things that might be a concern or things we might want to think about. As long as we live in the area we will use Steve for our real estate needs.

My husband and I had the pleasure of meeting Steve at an open house, long before we intended to begin our active search for our next home. He listened to our needs and wants and our timeline. He stayed in touch even though we were more than 6 months from when we would actively start our new home search. He helped us narrow down our search based on our criteria. While many other realtors solicited our business, something about Steve stood out to us.
As a former business owner, I managed and trained many sales folks over the years. I recognize that some can "bring it" initially when it is time for a prospective client to choose, and then take their attention off of the account and do the bare minimum. I can tell you, Steve Mulder is NOT that way. The person you meet initially-interested, attentive, helpful, honest, communicative-is the person you get the entire time, and then some.
Steve helped us find the beautiful home we now own and also facilitated the sale of a property. It was a difficult year, first for buyers (low inventory and multiple, escalating offers) and then for sellers (interest rates rising, stock market declining). Due to our needs, we were in each category at the "wrong time". Steve consistently thought "out of the box", only something a devoted and true professional can do. We purchased the perfect home and sold the other.
Imagine working with a realtor that forwards YOUR agenda and not their own, answers your calls and replies to your questions at or prior to the time they tell you they will?! Great attention to detail, always. He is exceptional and we highly recommend him.

Without a doubt, we would not have closed on our house without Steve. From the first phone call to the last handshake after closing, Steve was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, available and an all around great person to work with. He recognized that this was an incredibly difficult market in which to be a buyer, and with my wife and I being first-time homebuyers, walked us through the process from beginning to end with wonderful recommendations for lenders, inspection services, and even home products.
