Steven Nielsen II

Prior to joining America-One, Mr. Nielsen served at Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer for a private equity firm managing over $170 million in portfolio assets, including commercial, retail, and residential development. Mr. Nielsen has experience in financial modeling, budgeting, return analysis, due diligence, and acquisition and development risk analysis and financing.

Mr. Nielsen is a licensed real estate agent and belongs to the National Association of Realtors. Mr. Nielsen is also experienced as a real estate owner, investor, and property manager. Mr. Nielsen earned a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Utah.
